SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MPGapparel is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within 60 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at maxpainthegreat@gmail.com or text @440-645-0984. Please include your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at maxpainthegreat@gmail.com  with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy. This return policy was created using Termly.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at maxpainthegreat@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $6.99 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
